  1. Where is your tuition centre located?

    • We are located at 10 Sinaran Drive, Square 2 Mall, #03-91, Singapore 307506

  2. How do I book your tuition services?

    • You may either choose to come down to our tuition centre or you may book a class on our website by clicking on SELECTED CLASSES on the store page.

  3. How do I make payment?

    • You can make payment via paynow, mastercard, VISA, GRABPAY, shoppepay, wechat and our personal favourites, atome and cash. These methods are available to be used in the tuition centre during opening hours. We currently only accept Paypal on our website. Alternatively, you may also make a paynow transfer to +65 9625 2437.

  4. Why do you have a dinosaur in your logo?

    • Dinosaurs spark creativity and IGNITE our imaginations. when you see our logo, we too would like you to be curious about all there is to know about knowledge! (It’s a Spinosaurus, by the way)

  5. Do you offer private tuition classes other than in Square 2 mall?

    • Yes! Feel free to reach out to us under the contact section and we will get back to you as soon as we can. (Classes are subject to the availability of the tutor(s)

  6. Do you offer stationery and other learning materials within your centre and / or your website?

    • Yes, we do. We will compile all orders within a month and deliver them during the last week of a month. Self-collection at the centre is necessary. Do let us know what items you would like to buy from the product catalogue under ‘store’.

  7. Does Big Sam Tuition Centre offer free trial classes?

    • Yes. New Customers are entitled to a free trial class (1.5 hours). Considering that there is no GST (yet!), sign up for classes now before it is too late!

  8. Can I view the lesson plans for my child?

    • Yes, you may, although great care is taken to follow the lesson plan(s) rigorously, some exceptions may be made for certain classes, especially classes which have fewer students. This is to ensure that Academic concepts can be drilled into students sufficiently before moving onto the next topic.

  9. Can my child bring their homework / schoolwork to class?

    • Yes. However, if the class size is big, priority would be given to the other students (if they do not have schoolwork) and questions would have to be asked before / after class.

  10. Can I view the CCTV footage of the lessons?

    • Yes. In our efforts to remain accountable to our clients and stakeholders, we shall allow parents / guardians to check the CCTV footage(s) of the classes of their child / ward. However, do note that the CCTV footage can only be viewed at the final discretion of Big Sam Tuition Group and can only be viewed after the class when the safety and security of students are compromised. Should there be a dispute regarding how teachers and / or students are behaving in class, please promptly approach the centre manager on duty within a month to request a viewing of the CCTV footage. (All video and audio footage will be deleted after a month.)

  11. My child’s / ward’s schedule is very unpredictable. I would like to sign up for classes, but I am afraid that I cannot commit to the weekly schedule. Is there an alternative?

    • Yes. Please approach our friendly centre manager for more options regarding this. Thank you.

  12. How many students are there in each class?

    • Majority of the classes held are group classes. One-on-one classes are available upon request; however, they are subject to availability of the tutor(s).

  13. What kind of food will be given to my child for student care?

    • Small organic fruits and snacks will be provided. Please let us know if your child has allergies or if you require more information about this.

  14. I have financial difficulties. How will I pay for the classes?

    • We believe in education for all! Should parents have any difficulty in paying fees, please contact us to find out how we can help you. We provide heavily subsidized classes for those living in public rental HDBs. Proper documentation must be provided as proof of financial difficulties.

  15. My child has learning difficulties, I am not sure if they are able to attend lessons. What learning difficulties have you dealt with?

    • We have dealt with students with ADHD / ADD, Autism (mild) and Dyslexia. Do enquire with us about your child’s learning difficulties.

  16. I am interested to receive a product while signing up for a new class. What products can I choose from?

    • We have a range of products such as Apple products, Samsung phones, Sony PlayStation, and other electronics as well as furniture!
